*Your registration acts as a financial commitment for the registered school year. Tutor are hired for a full year and we must be able to guarantee their salaries, as well as other expenses we incur for running our tutorial (tuition, insurance, etc.). When possible, withdrawal exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances such as families moving out of the greater Nashville area, the death of a parent, or unforeseeable disasters, etc.
There is a 5% discount on all family tuition paid by August 1st.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A Note About Curriculum Expenses:
*Most curriculum will be provided, but the math curriculum of your choice is recommended for learning at home or as an afternoon elective. We will be reinforcing math skills with CM Mental Math Strategies & other mathematical books and activities.
*Other books, music, movies, activities, etc. will be suggested to enhance what we are learning. A few books will be required at-home-reading.
*Families are responsible for purchasing and bringing basic supplies such as pencils, pens, markers, paper, scissors, and glue. A basic supply list will be given out before the beginning of the year.

$50 Application/Enrollment Fee per Student for both full-time and part-time students (Max of $150 per family. All accepted families will be enrolled members in MTHEA.)

AFTERNOON CLASS TUITION
*There are 4 sessions of afternoon classes—
Tuesday from 1-1:45 and 1:50-2:35
Thursday from 1-1:45 and 1:50-2:35
Most afternoon classes are only held for 1 of the 4 sessions, but some higher level classes are for 2 sessions. Prices are listed PER SESSION.
