Your registration acts as a financial commitment for the registered school year. Tutors are hired for a full year, and we must be able to guarantee their salaries and other expenses we incur for running our tutorial (tuition, insurance, website fees, etc.). When possible, withdrawal exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances such as families moving out of the greater Nashville area, the death of a parent, or unforeseen disasters, etc.
These prices are based on a minimum of 15 full-time students. If we fall below 15 students, we will not have the necessary funds to run the tutorial smoothly. We will evaluate numbers on May 15th to determine if we have enough students to move forward with each class for the next year. Parents will be notified of any changes to our offerings, and the website will be updated.
There is a 5% discount on all family tuition paid in full by July 31st.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, due by August 1st for the upcoming school year.
A Note About Curriculum Expenses:
*Most curricula will be provided, but the math curriculum of your choice is recommended for learning at home or as an afternoon elective. We will reinforce math skills with Charlotte Mason mental math strategies & other mathematical activities.
*Books, music, movies, activities, etc., will be suggested to enhance what we are learning. A few books will be required for at-home reading, but many may be available at your local library.
*Families are responsible for purchasing and bringing basic supplies such as pencils, pens, markers, paper, scissors, and glue. A basic supply list will be sent out before the beginning of the year.

$50 Application/Enrollment Fee per Student for both full-time and part-time students (Max of $150 per family. All accepted families will be enrolled members in MTHEA.)

AFTERNOON CLASS TUITION
*There are 4 sessions of afternoon classes—
Tuesday from 1-1:45 and 1:50-2:35
Thursday from 1-1:45 and 1:50-2:35
Most afternoon classes are held 1 of the 4 sessions, but some higher-level classes may be 2 sessions. Prices are listed PER SESSION.
Some sessions have an extra supply fee.
Secondary:
