*Your registration acts as a financial commitment for the registered school year. Exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances such as families moving out of the greater Nashville area, etc.
There is a 5% discount on all family tuition paid by August 1st.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A Note About Curriculum Expenses:
*Most curriculum will be provided, but the math curriculum of your choice is recommended for learning at home. We will be reinforcing math skills and reading The Life of Fred series.
*Other books, music, movies, activities, etc. may be suggested to enhance what we are learning.
*Families are responsible for purchasing and bringing basic supplies such as pencils, pens, markers, paper, scissors, and glue.
Tuition & Fees
$50 Application/Enrollment Fee per Student regardless of which classes they are attending (Max of $150 per family. All accepted families will be enrolled members in MTHEA.)
FULL DAY TUITION
$50 yearly supply/consumables fee for full day tuition. (For some classes an additional supply fee may be needed, but will not typically exceed $30.)
$270 per Month per Student Tuition (paid August-April)
$250 Yearly Security Fee ($28/month) per student (Not to exceed $750 per family per year.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY MORNING ONLY TUITION
$40 yearly supply/consumables fee for full day tuition. (For some classes an additional supply fee may be needed, but will not typically exceed $30.)
$180 per Month per Student Tuition (paid August-April)
$160 Yearly Security Fee ($18/month) per student (Not to exceed $480 per family per year.
AFTERNOON CLASS TUITION
*There are 4 sessions of afternoon classes—Tuesday from 12:45-1:30 and 1:40-2:25, and Thursday from 12:45-1:30 and 1:40-2:25. Most afternoon classes are only held for 1 of the 4 sessions. Prices are listed per session. Occasionally there may be a more in-depth class that is offered for 2 sessions—the first part on Tuesday and the second on Thursday.
$20 yearly supply/consumables fee per student for 1 or 2 sessions; $40 yearly supply/consumables fee for 3 or 4 sessions (For some classes that require extra supplies, an additional supply fee may be needed, but will not typically exceed $30 more. Some classes will also require students to bring their own supplies.)
$80 per Month Tuition for the 1st session, $70 for that student’s second session, $60 for that student’s 3rd session, and $55 for that student’s 4th session
$65 Yearly Security Fee per student for 1 session, $110 for 2 sessions, $150 for 3 or more sessions
